sometimes situations may arise where you want to cancel your order or request a refund. To make sure you
have a clear understanding, we have created this refund and cancellation policy for your convenience.
Return & Refund Policy
When can you return a product?
You can return your attar or perfume if:
The product is damaged or defective (e.g., leaking bottle, broken cap, spoiled perfume)
You received a product different from what you ordered
There is a size or quantity mistake
You are not satisfied with the product (only applies to original sealed products)
Important: If the product is damaged, leaking, or faulty, you must provide an unboxing video
so that we can process your complaint. Complaints without a video will not be entertained.
Which products cannot be returned?
Used or opened perfumesCustomized or personalized products (such as custom-made attars)
Products bought on sale or discountsProducts with broken seals (unless otherwise mentioned by us)
Conditions for returning products:
The product must be in original condition and sealed packaging
The product must include invoice, tags, and labels
Replacement is subject to product availability
Refund process: You must contact us within 7 days to request a refund (contact@rajattar.com
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in case of defective products).
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 12 hours if the product has not been dispatched.
Customized orders cannot be canceled (such as custom attars).
If the order has not been dispatched and you want to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible
Rajattar.com reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or out-of-stock items.
